On a fog eaten day just for fun...
What do you like besides the sun?
Blankets warm, and burning stoves...
Steaming cups, & an eye that roves!
Woolen cozies and grandma's tale...
With a smoking brownie should all else fail!
Moth eaten books, some songs so old,
Their rare records now sell as gold!
Twinkling lights beyond Christmas days...
New Year's Eve is on the way!
At the mounting washing a suppressed sigh...
Sleep tumbled hair, love tumbled eyes!
Giggles, banter, many a hearty meal
Some real sore hearts and feet did heal!
On a fog eaten day just for fun...
Could one wish more for any one?!
