I rise for the  joys you give me,

And at fleeting realities clutch!

I long for your voice to wake me,

My sleep and your dreams are one!

And love can't be undone!!

I yearn for your soul to touch me,

My body your barren land...

I wait for your smile to warm me, Splayed by your loving hand!

I long, I wait, I yearn,

I shimmer, peak, then break..

Till slowly like the ocean 

I burn up for your sake!
