The teacher!

Armed with knowledge...
Claims to fame from far,
The pedagogue prunes sans mercy,
Aims to heal last, first scar!
Alone, firmly he holds!
The key to galaxies galore,
Riddles rule the roost,
As the minds swoop and soar!
With an all seeing eye,
He oversees the fall...
Of vices deep rooted,
And pride standing tall!
In it's place he plants,
Seeds of the seeking mind,
One that all it's aims,
In truth's shadows does bind!
And having questioned,
Questions once more...
The pursuer, the creator
Of facts, fiction, folklore!
So slowly this creation,
Leaves his creator behind...
The pedagogue's first defeat,
His first victory enshrined!
