The women who just can't lose weight....

I often hear women complain: I cant lose this pregnancy weight...
& while I smile at them & say "Nehin nehin chala jayega", I really want to tell them this:
1) Eat a little less
2) Work a little more, physical work, not deriving algorithms!
& you will lose what you want to lose.

Since I never tell them, or nobody does I'm sure,
we are begining to live in the politically correct society, where you can tell rude things only to yourself, & so you dont tell them to any one, but thats me rambling...

So since no one tells the truth, no one can learn how except by paying dieticians obnoxious amounts to tell you common sense stuff......
(Have you noticed how politically correct people need to pay people to hear rude things! ;-))

& then even as i write this, I wonder......
1) will I be able to do the weight loss thing with my next, & there will be a next... (proves I'm clean crazy, to me atlesat).
2) Will some one please tell me how to battle hair loss, instead of the famous, "Nehin nehin thik ho jayega"!
